What the subscription covers

  • Remote tunnel and a daily backup of your configuration.
  • Alerts when something goes offline: hub, battery, sensor.
  • Home Assistant updates, tested on our own equipment first, with a backup taken before.
  • Warranties: we handle the claim with the distributor for you.
  • "If our software or our server broke it, we fix it at no charge."

What it does NOT cover

  • New automations or features (hourly).
  • Changes someone else made to the configuration (hourly, or restore from the backup).
  • Parts out of warranty (replacement at normal price; the configuration is included).
  • On-site visits (travel plus hours).

This applies equally to homes, communities and hotels. We do not use the word "maintenance": the list above is what we do.
