How much does HabitaTech cost?
Three service tiers. Tier 0 is free and self-hosted: you run it yourself with our guide. Remote monitoring is €5.99 per month. Fully managed is €19.99 per unit per month. Hardware is quoted separately after the configurator, and the first 3 months are included with the installation.
Am I locked in?
No. Tier 0 runs on open Home Assistant with no subscription and no fixed term, and you can move to it any time. We publish a self-host guide with the full setup.
Who installs it?
We provide the installer: our own electrician, or a local one. We ship everything needed in a single box with printed instructions, then program it remotely.
What can I control?
Climate, access, energy, water, and cameras, all from a single app.
Does it work if I am not nearby?
The equipment is installed by a local electrician. Remote monitoring and control work from anywhere with an internet connection.
How do I get a quote?
Open the configurator. It asks about 12 questions and shows your install cost in about two minutes.
